Pls kindly inform if results of scholarships of the Russian Federation are published twice in an academic year. I read from previous post in this forum that first results were already published since October 2011. Pls inform If there is any other list of successful candidates to be published in the nearest future? I applied earlier last year but haven't got any reply till date.
