From Beirut to St-Petersburg
Eight of Lebanese students studying Russian in the Russian Center of Science and Culture in Beirut will leave for St. Petersburg on September 11th. Their organizational meeting took place in RCSC on September 1st. The trip of the eight students will be both educational and touristic.
They will study at fortnight courses in the center of the Russian language under the jurisdiction of St. Petersburg State University. During free hours they will visit Hermitage, Smolny religious house, Tsarskoye Selo (Tsar's village), and other places of interest of St. Petersburg and its suburbs.
Since 2002, the mission of RusInterCenter in Lebanon annually organizes such trips, which are very popular with students studying Russian in the Russian Center of Science and Culture in Beirut.
