Bulgarian scientists have been trained at the Faculty of innovative technologies TSU
In 2009, the Research and Education Center Lasers and Laser Technology was established, together with the Bulgarian Academy of Sciences, Institute of Solid State Physics, Institute of High Current Electronics (Tomsk) and Institute of Atmospheric Optics (Tomsk), and since then has operated successfully.
TSU has a research contract with the small Bulgarian innovative enterprise Pulslight Ltd., which is engaged in development and production of metal-vapor lasers. And its director, Ivan Kostadinov, decided to become our graduate student, and now he is studying by correspondence at the TSU Faculty of Innovative Technologies.
- I liked the new equipment of Tomsk State University - says Basilisk Steflyakova, PhD. - Here I was able to work with a monochromator MSDD1000. It is a modern piece of equipment with great opportunities. Here, at the Faculty of Innovative Technologies, the combination of the unique developments of multi-wavelength lasers and new devices allow us to carry out research at an advanced level. And, of course, I have met new, interesting people.
