Tomsk as I See It

I stayed in Tomsk for one year. Just one year, such a short period, but one of so many a changes. Tomsk. I lived among friends here. At first, Tomsk was just a small town for me. Interesting to certain extent, a town quiet and secure for foreign students. That's the reason of my choice. By the end of the year I began to see how the town grows. I feel a kind of kinship, a strong feeling of belonging here. In summertime, the most beautiful time to enjoy the life, the town is like a big green park. I cannot talk about Tomsk for hours on end - I just love this town. But the winter here is awful. I suffered through one winter and it was no easy going.
