To learn how to enter a higher educational institution you are interested in, get in touch with the enrolling board of this higher educational institution. The contact information of the officer in charge for enrolment of overseas students can be found in our Data Bank "Education in Russia for Foreigners". Most probably you will have to fax or e-mail the following papers:
· a copy of your document of education with the list of subjects taken and grades received (translated into Russian or English);
· a copy of your national passport;
· a questionnaire properly filled (the form can be sent to you by the educational institution officers).
|
Having your papers received, the educational institution approves whether you can be enroled to acquire the profession you have chosen.
If the answer is 'yes' the educational institution files an official invitation for you so you could get the visa. The approximate time necessary to issue the official invitation varies from 3 to 5 weeks, and its cost is about 40 USD.
Remember!
You can come to Russia for studies in an educational establishment only under the invitation issued by this same educational establishment. You cannot be admitted for studies under the invitation issued by another educational institution.
How to get the invitation?
What it is necessary to do immediately on arrival?
